Sure, I think there is some differences between a good job and a nice job. A good jobs unnecessarily means a nice job. But a nice job must be a good job. A good job ensures you a good income, good working environment with a peace of mind. A nice job is a good job that is not only good for you, but also for the others, who are the beneficiary from the good job that you did. So, a nice job takes the effect of your good job to the world around you into account. It's pretty much like the win-win principle that's a trend for any working environment today.
